Before the season, I will improve my body strength. If I had muscular body, I don’t get injured much and I can use that strength for season sport. Or if I got bullied from another people I could fight back.
To build my muscle strength, I have to train. I will go to weight room four times a week. I will lift dumbbell for arm and my shoulder. I will also train my stomach muscle. I can’t keep training forever. I have to put rest in each session of training. I won’t just train at weight room. I will also train in my room. Push up and other training. What I also have to be careful is what I eat. I have to think about balance. I can’t just eat meat or greasy food. I also have to eat vegetable and fruit. Of course I can’t just eat vegetable and fruit. I have to keep balance. These are the thing that I have to do to train my self.
This year’s goal is to lift 100 pounds. To do that, I have to what I said in the beginning. If I get to do that, I could lift 100 pounds. I don’t want to be person who cannot stick to anything.

Meat is okay; you have to watch out for deep-fried foods and too much starch (like rice, pasta, bread). Of course you want to get a good balance of fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, but you probably can't eat too much meat (at your age).
